Shipping & Handling

Is it free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $150.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If your order contains any larger item(s), please allow an additional 2-3 business days to process. Some larger items will be shipped separately from regular items.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped by one of these courier services, depending on your shipping address and shipping time selected:
Worldwide: FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS

What are your shipping costs?

Our shipping costs differ depending on where the order is shipping to and how fast it’s getting there.

We use realtime shipping based on weight and destination.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.

What if I change my mind?

If you changed your mind, contact us quickly. Parts are process withing a day or two

How long does it take to receive my order?

What if my order is damaged in shipping?

If the shipping container is damaged, please contact your shipping partner immediately; take pictures of the shipping container as proof

What if I want to return a part?

Non-refundable items are any part removed from it's packaging, any part used, or attempted to use on your bike, and any liquid with a broken seal.

What if the part is damaged in the packaging?

If the part hasn't been damaged in shipping, but you notice it's damaged, contact us immediately and take pictures. We'll need to confirm the damage to replace the ordered item.

CS Easy Pay & Payments 

Do you charge tax?

Yes. By law, we have to charge tax on any order in the United States.

How does CS Easy Pay work?

We use the trusted service Affirm. Just select Affirm at checkout when checking out; you'll be redirected to Affirm - Pay Over Time to complete your purchase securely. 

What payment methods do you use?

We use all major credit cards along with Venmo, PayPay, and Affrim.

Do you keep my credit card info.

We keep your payment details only if you create an account. 

When do you charge my credit card?

When you place an order, a notice is applied on your card in the amount of the order and any shipping charges that apply. Typically, your credit card will be charged within one to two days after order, depending on holder. Please, contact your card holder for detailed information about process and timeline.

How long does it take to customize a bike?

That all depends on what you want done. Give us a call, we'll go over your requests and build you a quote.

What can you customize?

Our staff is pretty savvy; we've yet to find a ride we can't make better. So, let us know what you want and we'll find a way to make it work

How long does it take to customize?

We'll that all depends on what you want done and what parts we need to order. If you're looking for basic updates, a few days to a week. If you're looking for an overhaul, then a few weeks to a month

Does customizing add value to my bike?

The short answer is yes. However, some costs may not be recooped at the time of sale due to market or hoolies wanting a bargain.

Order Process

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away. We might not be able to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.
